      TL;DR — GymRep stores your workout data only on your own device. Nothing is sent to any server. No accounts. No tracking. No analytics.
    

1. Who we are

GymRep is a web app developed by Rekson Bajimaya, an independent developer based in Kathmandu, Nepal. GymRep is designed to run on Meta Ray-Ban Display smart glasses as a hands-free gym rep and set counter.

2. Data we collect

GymRep collects no personal data. We do not collect, transmit, or store any information on external servers.

The app uses your browser's localStorage to save the following data locally on your device only:

Your selected exercises
Your per-exercise defaults (target reps, sets, weight)
Workout session history (exercise name, sets completed, reps completed, weight used, timestamp)

This data never leaves your device. It is not accessible to us or any third party.

3. Data we do not collect

GymRep does not collect, process, or store:

Your name, email, or any identifying information
Your location
Camera or microphone data
Usage analytics or behavioral data
Cookies or tracking identifiers of any kind
IP addresses or device identifiers

4. Third-party services

GymRep does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data services. The app is a fully self-contained HTML/CSS/JavaScript file with no external network requests.

GymRep is accessed through the Meta AI app on Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses. Meta's own privacy practices govern how Meta handles data related to your glasses and the Meta AI platform. Please refer to Meta's Privacy Policy for that.

5. Data retention and deletion

Your workout data is stored in your device's localStorage for the domain this app is served from. You can delete all stored data at any time by:

Clearing your browser's site data for this domain
Using your device's app data management settings

We have no ability to delete your data on your behalf because we never receive it.

6. Children's privacy

GymRep does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data is collected at all, there is no special handling required.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
